We can produce custom designed dimensional letters with our CNC router. These can be made of HDU or acrylic plastic. Various finishes can be applied, ranging from gold leaf to painted enamels to clear coat automotive lacquers.

We often use high density urethane, (or HDU) which is a very durable product which carves nicely and will last indefinitely outdoors. There are many examples of our carved HDU signs around the county still looking great after more than ten years!

Or, we can order standard cast metal and plastic letters which are mounted directly to exterior or interior walls. These letters or graphics can be small enough to fit on a directory or large enough to be seen across a busy street.
